(Order of the Court was made by R.Vijayakumar, J.) The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court dated 12.01.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.736 of 2024.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the fourth respondent has initiated action as per the orders of this Court, which have been challenged by the aggrieved parties in W.P.(MD) No.11445 of 2024 and interim orders have been granted. In such circumstances, no contempt is made out. It is for the petitioner to workout his remedy in the pending writ petition.
