*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to forbear the respondents from establishing a TASMAC Shop and bar adjacent to Karunkattankulam, Chinnamanur Municipality and Pallikottaipatti, Chinnamanur Post, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.

2. Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submitted that there is no proposal to locate the TASMAC Shop and Bar adjacent to Karunkattankulam, Chinnamanur Municipality and Pallikottaipatti, Chinnamanur Post, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
