ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the third respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner as per order made in I.A.No.04 of 2020 in O.S.No.1231 of 2012 on the file of third Additional District Munsif, Trichy, dated on 05.02.2020.

Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and dispose of the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to them and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
