This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents-1 & 2. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on a complaint given by one Vijaya Kumar, proceedings have been initiated by the second respondent police in CSR No.578 of 2018 and would further submit that the petitioner appeared for enquiry and that the matter was closed. The same is recorded.

4. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the second respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
