The petitioner alleges the non-compliance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai in Cr.M.P.No.7816A of 2019, dated 18.02.2020.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on account of Covid-19 out break, there was a delay in complying with the Court order. He assures this Court that within a period of four weeks from today, the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai would be scrupulously complied with.
