No.917 of 2019, dated 23.07.2019 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encumbrance entries of the unilateral cancellation of settlement deed document No.2325 of 2015, dated 29.06.2018 and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to forbear any registration by the respondents 4 and 5 in connection with a land and building bearing door No.3/288, Usilampatti Taluk, Sikkampatti Village in Survey No.26/2A to an extent of 9 cents. O R D E R

The Writ Petition is directed against the unilateral cancellation of settlement deed in document No.2325 of 2015, dated 29.06.2015 and subsequent sale deed in document No.917 of 2019, dated 23.07.2019 on the file of the third respondent and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encumbrance entries of the above settlement deed dated 29.06.2018 and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to forbear any registration by the respondents 4 and 5 in connection with a land and building bearing door No.3/288, Usilampatti Taluk, Sikkampatti Village in Survey No.26/2A to an extent of 9 cents.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.04.2024, since there was no representation for the petitioner and taking note of the presence of the learned counsel for the respondents, the Registry was directed to post the matter under the caption for dismissal on 23.04.2024.

3. Even today (i.e., 23.04.2024), the petitioner is not ready to proceed with matter. As already pointed out, there was no representation for the petitioner for the past two hearings. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
