Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2855/2013/E4 dated 06.01.2017 and quash the same since passed without any notice or opportunity to the petitioner and consequently direct the respondents to construct the Drainage Collection Pumping Station Tank in the Government Poromboke land measuring 3500 sq. feet in T.S.No.155-156 since the drinking water plastic pipelines https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

are inside the Drainage Tank.
