Today, this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Lower Court".
2. It is evident from the records that this Court vide order, dated 21.05.2024, has directed the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, to dispose of the suit in 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
A.S(MD) No.87 of 2022 O.S.No.122 of 2011 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that judgment. The learned Additional District Judge (FAC), Nagercoil, has then submitted a requisition, dated 14.02.2025, seeking further four months time and this Court, taking note of the reasons assigned, has granted four months further time to dispose of the said suit. Now, the learned Additional District Judge (FAC), Nagercoil, has sent a requisition, dated 16.09.2025, seeking further six months time for disposal of the case.
3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is extended for disposing the suit in O.S.No.122 of 2011 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
