Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHYLLAPPA KALYAN.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders", in the order passed Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4365 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.10073 of 2021 in C.A.No.489 of 2021, dated 06.04.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 4.The condition to appear before the trial Court once in a month is necessary. This Court finds no merit to entertain this petition and there is no reason to relax the conditions.

5.In view of the pendency of the appeal, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
