RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for one month imposed by this Honourable in crl.o.P.(MD).No.9687/2022 dt 10.06.22 into appear before the learned judicial Magistrate sankarankovil.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. VISHNUVARDHAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9687 of 2022 dated 10.06.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition for a period of 7 days.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be directed to appear before any other police station.

4.Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Sankarankovil Town Police Station, daily at https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7512 of 2022 10.30 a.m., for the remaining days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation and other conditions shall remain unaltered.
