Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SHEIK ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate Criminal side for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order copy was made ready on 26.10.2018 and thereafter, for executing sureties, he had appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal on 05.11.2018. On that date, the concerned Magistrate was on leave and the incharge Magistrate was at Vedachandur, which is 85 kms away and therefore, the petitioner could not comply with the condition of this Court order, dated 12.10.2018.

4. In view of the same, petitioner is granted 15 days time to execute the sureties, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
