ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who was arrested on 17.09.2020 for the alleged offences under Section 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 25(1A)7 of Arms Act in Crime No.58 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that this Court by an earlier order dated 19.04.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4857 of 2021, issued a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial, within a stipulated time. Accordingly, the trial in C.C.No.60 of 2020 was completed, all the witnesses were examined and the case was posted for argument on 10.08.2021.

CRL OP(MD). No.11169 of 2021 3.Since the trial was completed and the case is pending at the stage of argument, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
