ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo stating that the 2nd respondent is not served with notice and the notice is returned as Insufficient Address and hence, notice to the 2nd respondent may be dispensed with. The said memo is recorded.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court. 3.Post the matter on 29.04.2025.
