RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time for furnishing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru as per Anticipatory Bail order of this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.18442 of 2018 by order dated 12/10/2018 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.MAHESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received order copy only on 25.10.2018. Due to Diwali Holidays, the order could not be complied with. Hence, he seeks a further time to execute the sureties, as per the orders of this Court, dated 12.10.2018.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is granted 15 days, to execute the sureties, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
