The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that it is a money dispute and based on a complaint, petition enquiry is pending in Current Paper No.P4/015968/1140/24.
3. The complaint appears to be civil in nature. In the event, if a criminal case is made out against the petitioner during the enquiry, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report and proceed further. The respondent Police shall not harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
