When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, as the District Educational Officer has already considered the petitioner's representation and passed an order vide Na.Ka.No.1024/A3/2025, dated 26.04.2025, which has also been forwarded to the petitioner. It was further submitted that, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated 26.04.2025, he must challenge it separately and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.
