2.By order, dated 02.07.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in H.M.O.P.No.316 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1107, dated 26.12.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 02.07.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
