PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to issue a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. For Petitioners : M/s.C. Jeya Indra Patel For Respondents-1 & 2 : Mr.R.Anandharaj Additional Public Prosecutor

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner was working as Principal in Sri Mayura International School at Appayanaicker patti, Srivilliputhur District and the second petitioner is the husband of the first petitioner. He would further submit that the first petitioner had worked as Principal with utmost satisfaction and had rendered unblemished service without any room for complaint. He would further submit that on a false complaint has been lodged by the third respondent/correspondent, Sri Mayura International School, the second respondent is harassing the first petitioner under the guise of enquiry. He would also submit that the petitioners were directed to appear for enquiry on 16.11.2018.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on a complaint given by the third respondent to the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing and the complaint has been registered and taken up for enquiry and the second respondent had issued summons to the petitioners for enquiry on 10.10.2018 whereas they have not appeared and they have approached this Court. also been served on 04.10.2018 whereas the petitioners are evading appearance.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Counsels, the petitioners are directed to appear for enquiry on 16.11.2018.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
