PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order dated 25.09.2020 in Na.Ka.No.50245/2019/Uoo.Va.8 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal in so far as it relates to Porusupatti Village Panchayat and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to appoint panchayat secretary in Porusupatti Village Panchayat in Madurai East Panchayat Union in accordance with law.
