*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the unauthorized construction said to have been made by the 4th respondent in survey no.279/15, Thamthampatti Revenue Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2.The matter is pending on account of the fact pendency of the revision petition filed by the 4th respondent before the District Revenue Officer, Madurai for correcting the alleged UDR error.

3.Even though the said authority is not a party to the present proceedings, this Court directs the District Revenue Officer, Madurai to dispose of the revision petition said to have been filed by the 4th respondent herein within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petitioner as well as the 4th respondent herein are permitted to move the District Revenue Officer, Madurai with a copy of this order to expedite the disposal of the revision said to have been filed by the 4th respondent herein within the time stipulated by this Court in this proceeding. Based on the outcome of the said revision petition, the second and third respondents herein shall take further action in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
