ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested on 02.07.2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 4(1)(aa) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.590 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that this is the second bail application. The earlier application was dismissed as withdrawn. He would further submit that apart from this case, the petitioner has involved in 9 other cases of similar in nature, which are as follows:

Crime No.179 of 2017 on the file of PEW-Kumbakonam Police Station, Thanjavur District for the offence under Section 4 (1)(a) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
