ORDER

The petitioner / wife filed this Transfer CMP to transfer the proceedings in O.P.No.2580 of 2021 from the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to the Sub Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District, since she is residing at Aruppukkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent is residing at Chennai and hence, the OP may be transferred to Family Court, Madurai and it is easy for both parties to attend the Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the Transfer CMP is disposed of and the O.P.No.2580 of 2021 pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Madurai, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The VII Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Madurai forthwith.
