ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii), in Crime No. 103 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court earlier had dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail application on 25.07.2018, since it was alleged that he had hit the defacto complainant with aruval on his head. Taking note of the overt act attributed against the petitioner and there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
