ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent, dated 14.09.2020.
2.Heard Mr.R.Suriyanarayanan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Rajeswari, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted before this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, final orders have been passed by the 1st respondent and therefore, the Writ Petition has now become infructuous. Since final orders have been passed on 05.10.2020 by the 1st respondent, the only remedy available now to the petitioner is to challenge the same. Hence, the present Writ Petition, which has challenged the show cause notice, dated 14.09.2020 issued by the 1st respondent, has now become infructuous.
5.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 as well as after recording the final order, dated 05.10.2020 passed by the 1st respondent, which is pursuant to the impugned show cause notice, dated 14.09.2020, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructous. The petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the final order, dated 05.10.2020 passed by the 1st respondent in accordance with law. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
