PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first to third respondents to place their respective closure reports upon the enquiry conducted by them upon the 5th respondent's complaint before the 4th respondent show us to enable him to have a fair disposal of the 5th complaint with same cause of action lodged by the 5th respondent. 1/4

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first to third respondents to place their respective closure reports upon the enquiry conducted by them upon the 5th respondent's complaint before the 4th respondent show us to enable him to have a fair disposal of the 5th complaint with same cause of action lodged by the 5th respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the 5th respondent gave a complaint to the Inspector of Police, North Police Station, Rajapalayam dated 17.11.2019 and it was forwarded to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District for enquiry. After enquiry, the complaint was closed. 2/4
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
