ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to initiate contempt

proceedings against the Contemnors/Respondents and punish them for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No. 14916 of 2020, dated 23.11.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the authorities have rejected the claim made by the Petitioner and as such the order made in the above Writ Petition has been complied with.
