The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 71 days in filing the appeal, challenging the order passed in H.M.C.M.A.15 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Tirunelveli, confirming the order passed in H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2021 dated 05.09.2023 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that they are having objections.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
