ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested on 27.06.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa)and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.183 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that apart from this case, the petitioner has involved in 10 previous cases of similar in nature and he was detained as a Bootlegger under Act 14 of 1982.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
