Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Ku.Aa.No.501/Nipi-I/U-3/Ko-Nee.Va/2020 dated 15.09.2020 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent No.1 to provide selection grade to the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
