ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
2.The petitioner is a 40 year old woman. The petitioner alleges that a group of police officials unlawfully entered into her house on 02.09.2020 and again on 09.09.2020 and again on 26.09.2020. The entry of the police team on 26.09.2020 has been captured in the CCTV.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would claim that the petitioner is figuring as accused in quite a few cases and that against her son, there are cases. He would further claim that non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner's son and to execute the same, the police team went to the petitioner's house. The petitioner had made a specific statement that the police team did not comprise any woman police.
4.I cannot appreciate the conduct of the said police team. The respondent is directed to ensure that in cases involving women, due process of law prescribed in Cr.P.C., is scrupulously adhered to.
