No.11016 of 2010. -------------------------------- I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's order cited above, wherein it has been directed as follows:- This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, to refund a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- which was deposited in the credit of Cr.No.285 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police on 18.11.2020 towards a part of the amount that was involved in the above said crime, in compliance of the order that has been passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11016 of 2010.

2.The above case has been closed by the Investigating Officer as Mistake of Fact and final report has also been filed before the concerned Court.
