PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take appropriate action to cancel the Audit Report dated 29.02.2024 for the academic years from 2018-2019 to 2022-2023 and to conduct audit of Service Registers of all the 392 teachers working in the Elementary Schools under the control of the 7th respondent office afresh and consequently to take appropriate departmental action against the 7th and 8th respondents who wantonly hidden the Service Registers of nearly 34 Head Masters / Teachers at the time of auditing.
