ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.73 of 2024, for the offence under Section 448, 1/3

341, 294 (b) and 506(ii) I.P.C and Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Destruction and Loss) Act, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and other accused have trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and quarrelled with him and also damaged the household articles.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. However, they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has produced the photographs and submits that the petitioners have caused damage to the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.3,00,000/- and the investigation is going on.

5. Considering the nature of offence and the manner in which the occurrence taken place, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 2/3
