ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the history sheet opened against him has not been revoked, has approached this Court. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the petitioner has been continuously involving in offences and in order to prevent him in indulging in further offence, the history sheet is opened against him. In the recent past also two cases have been registered against him in Crime Nos.94 of 2024 and 58 of 2025. 3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed. 23.06.2025 DSK 2/4
