The petitioner has sought for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider his representation dated 22.06.2017.

2. Heard Mr.C.Muthu Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite service of notice and the names of the respondents have been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice that if the second respondent is directed to consider his representation.

4. In the light of the above fact, this Court, without going into merits, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2017 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after providing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opportunity to all the necessary parties within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
