ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for 1/3

the alleged offence punishable under Sections 417, 468, 471, 420, 120(b), 506(i) and 294 (b) IPC 294(b), 323 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.14 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons executed forged document, in respect of the property belongs to the defacto complainant, by stating that the original power of attorney deed was misplaced and they have created a fabricated Non-Traceable Certificate issued by Theni Police Department and based on the fabricated certificate, sale deed was executed by A2 and A3, without enclosing the defacto complainant's life certificate.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocents persons and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the first petitioner in this case was arrested by the respondent Police on 20.06.2024. As far as the second petitioner is concerned, he acted as broker in this case and there are four previous cases pending as against him. Accordingly, he opposes to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.Considering the fact that the first petitioner was arrested and that the second petitioner is having four previous cases to his credit, this Court is not inclined to 2/3

grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
