ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner's minor son under guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 5th respondent herein. 2.It appears that enquiry has been undertaken regarding the child abuse. It has been stated that the son of the petitioner is a friend of the accused, namely, xxxxxxxxxxxx. Considering the future of the child, during the course of enquiry, the 5th respondent has given a statement to the effect that no further action is required. Whether such request can be considered by the Investigating Officer need not be a matter for discussion in this matter. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11977 of 2021 alleged occurrence so the son of the petitioner may also not be harassed by the 2nd respondent herein, in view of the aforesaid development.
