This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.163 of 2018 on the file of the first Respondent police. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the official respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that investigation in this case case been completed and the final report has been made ready and the first respondent will file before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri. 4.In view of the filing of the final report, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
