This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are not involved in the alleged crime against one Vasanthi, Inspector of Police, attached to Nagamalai Pudukkottai Police Station, Madurai.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only to watch out the movements of the said Inspector of Police, regular visits have been made to the house of the petitioner and except that, there is no harassment on the part of the police officials.
