ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to advise the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 subjected in O.S.No.29 of 2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Kodaikanal on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent, the fifth respondent was issued C.S.R.No.588 of 2021 and the enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the above, except for any offence committed by the petitioner, the second and third respondents are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 herein in respect of his property comprised in Survey No.1204/2012 under Old Patta No.8247 and New Patta No.8733 admeasuring 54 cents situated at Vilpatty Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
