The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 03.07.2017 given by the petitioner (vide C.S.R.No.484/2017) and to take action against the accused in accordance with law within a stipulated period.
2. The petitioner has earlier given a complaint against one Dhayanidhi before the second respondent. The said Dhayanidhi is the Assistant Inspector of Labour in Labour Welfare Department. The allegation as against the said Dhayanidhi is that on 03.07.2017 he trespassed into the premises of the petitioner's house and enquired with the women workers who were working in petitioner's office. It is his further case that by threatening and coercing the women workers, he obtained the signatures from some of the women workers. The petitioner further alleged in the complaint that the said Dhayanidhi came to his house with an intention to threaten the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner and to extort money from the petitioner. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent police submitted that the compliant as against one Dhananidhi, Assistant Inspector of Labour, Labour Welfare Department, was enquired into and after enquiry, the 2nd respondent has closed the complaint.
4.Recording the statement of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy as available, in the manner known to law. No costs.
