ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.762 of 2020 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 323, 379 of I.P.C, and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. 2.Pandi is the defacto complainant, Mookammal is the injured person. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11695 of 2020 have been duly identified by the first respondent police. They have no objection for quashing the impugned First Information Report. Therefore, the impugned First Information Report is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
