RESPONDENT/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No. 16136/2018 dated 11.09.2018 on the file of this Honourable High Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.SELVENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16136 of 2018, dated 11.09.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the condition from 15.09.2018 to till date.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.09.2018, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16136 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly twice, i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. sd/- 14/11/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
