O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to provide necessary Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) takes notice for the respondent police and submits that there is a civil dispute between the parties pending before the District Munsif Court, Nagercoil in O.S.No. 147 of 2023. This Court in REV.APLW.No.114 of 2024 dated 24.06.2024 directed not to put up any fence in the said property. Despite the same, the petitioner herein sought for a police protection and 2/5

therefore, the respondent police are not in a position to provide a police protection.

3.It appears that on the application filed by one Koilpitchai in REV.APLW.No.114 of 2024, by order dated 24.06.2024, this Court has held that the earlier order of this Court cannot be taken advantage for putting up any fence.

4.Considering the order passed in REV.APLW.No.114 of 2024 dated 24.06.2024, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 18.07.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes jbr 3/5
