2.The petitioner has been impleaded as the respondent in W.P(MD)No.12468 of 2021. He can very well raise all his contentions in the said writ petition. In this writ petition, the petitioner questions the plan approval granted in favour of M.Arivalagan. The plan approval granted by the local body was cancelled by Town and Country Planning Authority. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3.This writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to canvas his contention in W.P(MD)No.12468 of 2021. There shall be no order as to costs.
