Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents herein to consider forthwith the petitioner for appointment as BT Assistant in Chemistry under the category of Backward Class General Priority (BGPR) in DEX (Dependants of ExServicemen) for which the petitioner is legally entitled to in the ensuing recruitment of teachers in the State.
