3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Records perused.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the fifth respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Trichy Edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 03.07.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 22.06.2026.

5. Post the matter on 03.07.2026.
