Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to measure the petitioner's land and issue patta to the petitioner in the view of Documents No.1742/1976 and 236/1978 with regard to property in Ayyalur Village Survey No.935/1B9 to an extent of 7 cent is situated at Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.12.2016. ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to measure his land and issue patta based on his representation, dated 21.12.2016.

2.Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

3.Mr.G.Muthu Kannan, learned Government Advocate submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

petitioner, dated 21.12.2016 and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
