ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent, cancelling the assignment made in favour of petitioner's vendor, Jeyarani and restoring the subject property as Government poramboke land.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Against the impugned order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, the petitioner has got remedy of revision before the District Revenue Officer. It is seen from the impugned order that the petitioner participated in the enquiry conducted by the second respondent and the
impugned order was also marked to the petitioner. In these circumstances, there is no violation of the principles of natural justice. Hence, the petitioner is not entitled to maintain this writ petition without availing the remedy of revision. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
