ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to complete investigation and to file final report in Crime.No.271 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 271 of 2019 and for the same, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
